Insurance Our office is aware that dental insurance benefit reimbursements can be a difficult process but we plan to make it as smooth as possible. Our staff is knowledgeable and has worked with various dental plans. We would begin the process by providing the paperwork you will need to file your claim, and then we will follow proper protocol for the next step. Each insurance company has a different relationship with each employer, and thereby each patient.
We accept most PPO insurances and are in network with most plans including but not limited to the following:
United Health Care • Florida Combined Life • OneNet PPO • Lincoln Financial Group • Cigna • MetLife • Aetna • United Concordia Dental • Assurant • Delta Dental • Humana • Guardian • Sun Life Financial •
Financial policy Our financial policy is simple, we request payment at the time of your treatment. Don’t worry, our office accepts a variety of payment forms including personal check, credit/debt cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), FSA / HSA Cards, and Financing through Care Credit. Care Credit is a credit card for your health and beauty needs that allows you to enjoy the benefits of living well today, with special healthcare financing options so you can pay monthly. Care Credit can provide total financing for both individuals and families. If you have insurance we ask that you pay your deductible, co-payment, and non-covered portions at the time of your visit. If your insurance company fails to pay after 2 submissions, you are responsible for the balance.
